By tracing its global strategy, the company SEIP aims through its “QHSE  Management System” by the requirements of the standard: ISO 9001: 2015, ISO, ISO 14001: 2015, and ISO 45001:2018 to have sustainable performance and continuous improvements in its work processes to guarantee the satisfaction of its customers and its relevant interested parties. To achieve this overall objective, SEIP operates under the following guidelines:

  • Focus on satisfying the customer and the relevant requirements of other interested parties, including legal, regulatory, applicable standards, and other requirements concerning health, worker safety, and the environment in a balanced way to improve our brand image.
  • Have an integrated QHSE  system respectively certified and accredited while ensuring its continuous improvement.
  • Have sustainable growth and financial stability to guarantee the autonomy and future of the company.
  • Improve the skills of our staff, through continuous training by promoting the management of organizational knowledge.
  • Control the significant risks in terms of safety and the environment linked to our activities.
  • Control the environmental aspects during each phase of the life cycle of the different services.

Our constant concern is to prove the quality and reliability of our know-how in the execution of our various services and compliance with the explicit and implicit needs of our customers.

Our policy is therefore primarily aimed at the satisfaction of our customers, it is accompanied by a systematic desire to move forward to permanently maintain the evolution of our QMS.

In this context, SEIP is moving towards implementing a QMS that

meet the requirements of ISO to provide external visibility in the performance of our services.

Axes of our policy

  • Respect and enforce the requirements of ISO as well as customer requirements, legal, and regulatory requirements. Ensure good professional practices, and ethics when carrying out work.
  • Ensure that all staff are aware of quality documentation and apply policies and procedures in their activities.
  • Continually improve the effectiveness of the quality management system by complying with ISO standards
